Consolidation of existing contracts. SLA- Checks, duration adjustment, comparison of DC-Inventory vs. content of contracts and economical optimization. Likewise (public) bidding and benchmarking.
Takeover of administrative responsibility for entire stock of maintenance contracts. Also ongoing review of expiration dates and expiration of warranties, as well as execution of booking and out booking on behalf of principal. Finale decisions and contract sovereignty stays with the principal.

PROJEcT- aND PROcESS Description
Your time effort in Phase 01
Phase 01 starts with a kick-off meeting for the involved departments. Any desired scenario and technical requirements for individual product groups are defined. Finally, you will receive an action recommendation from us.

In phase 02 the action recommendation we have given will be implemented. Consolidations and hybrid models are identified. And in consultation with your departments, preferences regarding the composition of the maintenance contracts to be optimized are implemented.
