1. Introduction
When operating our website www.ewservices.de (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), we process personal data. This data is treated confidentially and processed in accordance with applicable laws, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), a European Union regulation that governs the protection of personal data, and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG-neu), a national law that complements the GDPR in Germany. With this privacy policy, we aim to inform you about which personal data we collect from you, for what purposes and on what legal basis we use it, and, if applicable, to whom we disclose it. Furthermore, we will explain your rights to protect and enforce your data privacy.
2. Definitions
Our privacy policy uses technical terms defined in the GDPR and BDSG-neu. For better understanding, we explain these terms in simple language below:
2.1. Personal Data
“Personal data” refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual (Art. 4(1) GDPR). Information about an identified person may include, for example, their name or email address. Personal data also includes information where the identity is not immediately apparent but can be determined by combining our own or third-party information to identify the individual. A person can be identified, for instance, through their address, bank details, date of birth, username, IP address, and/or location data. Any information that can be linked to an individual in any way is relevant here.
2.2. Processing
“Processing” refers to any operation related to personal data, as defined in Art. 4(2) GDPR. This includes, in particular, the collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure, transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction of personal data.
3. Data Controller
The entity responsible for data processing is:
Company: EW Services GmbH (“we”)
Legal Representative: Luis Ongil (“Owner”)
Address: Lilistraße 83c, 63067 Offenbach, Heyne-Fabrik, Germany
Phone: +49 (0) 69 66 77 88 120

4. Processing Framework: Website
In connection with the operation of the website at www.ewservices.de, we process the personal data detailed in sections 5–13 below. We only process data that you actively provide on our website (e.g., by filling out forms) or that you automatically provide when using our services.
Your data is processed exclusively by us and, as a rule, is not sold, lent, or shared with third parties. If we use external service providers to assist in processing your personal data, this is done within the framework of so-called data processing agreements, where we, as the data controller, retain authority over the processors. For the operation of our website, we use external service providers for hosting, maintenance, support, and further development. If additional external service providers are involved in the processing activities listed in sections 5–13, they will be specified there.
Data transfers to third countries (outside the EU/EEA) do not generally occur and are not planned. Any exceptions to this principle will be noted in the processing activities described below.

The data provided in your email will be used solely for the purpose of processing and responding to your inquiry. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose of its collection. This is typically the case when the respective communication with you has concluded. Communication is considered concluded when it is evident from the circumstances that your inquiry has been fully resolved. If statutory retention periods prevent deletion, the data will be deleted immediately after the expiration of the statutory retention period.

11. Data Subject Rights
Regarding the data processing described above by our company, you have the following data subject rights:
11.1. Access (Art. 15 GDPR)
You have the right to request confirmation from us as to whether we are processing personal data concerning you. If so, you have a right to access this personal data and to the additional information listed in Art. 15 GDPR, subject to the conditions specified therein.
11.2. Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
You have the right to request the immediate correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you and, if applicable, the completion of incomplete personal data.
11.3. Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
You have the right to request that personal data concerning you be deleted immediately if one of the reasons listed in Art. 17 GDPR applies, e.g., if your data is no longer needed for the purposes we pursue.
11.4. Restriction of Processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
You have the right to request the restriction of processing if one of the conditions listed in Art. 18 GDPR is met, e.g., if you dispute the accuracy of your personal data, processing will be restricted for the duration needed to verify the accuracy of your data.
11.5. Data Portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
You have the right, under the conditions listed in Art. 20 GDPR, to request the receipt of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
11.6. Withdrawal of Consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR)
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time for processing based on consent. The withdrawal takes effect from the moment it is exercised. In other words, it applies to future processing. The withdrawal does not render prior processing based on consent unlawful.
11.7. Complaint (Art. 77 GDPR)
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You may exercise this right with a supervisory authority in the EU member state of your residence, workplace, or the place of the alleged infringement.
11.8. Prohibition of Automated Decisions/Profiling (Art. 22 GDPR)
Decisions that have legal effects on you or significantly affect you must not be based solely on automated processing of personal data, including profiling. We inform you that we do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, with respect to your personal data.
11.9. Objection (Art. 21 GDPR)
If we process your personal data based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (to pursue legitimate interests), you have the right to object under the conditions listed in Art. 21 GDPR, provided reasons arise from your particular situation. After an objection, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. In any case—regardless of a particular situation—you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
